EService provides a fully integrated solution with Xero (the online accounting package). It is a simple and easy to use process to push your completed EService jobs directly into Xero for invoicing.

EService is a Job Management and Wireless Dispatch system developed by ECONZ. It is provided as a subscriber based service in a number of countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia. Dispatchers can create, dispatch, and manage jobs sent to field workers using a Web Based interface, while the field workers will receive and progress jobs through a variety of compatible field devices, including Windows Tablets, PDA's, and cell phones. Xero is an online accounting software product for small and medium-sized businesses. The product is sold by subscription (a distribution model commonly known as Software as a Service or SaaS) requiring the payment of a monthly fee.

EService with Xero enabled allows an Administrator to transfer invoice information to Xero as jobs are completed. Transferring invoices can be done in two ways. Either by sending invoices through individually, or waiting and doing a 'batch' of invoices at a convenient time (such as at the end of day or week).

Is there extra cost for using Xero with EService?

The integration set up is free if you do it yourself. If you would like ECONZ to do the set up for you, we charge a one off $120 fee. Ongoing monthy pricing for Xero is available here, and EService is priced at $NZ 40 per month per mobile device (international pricing also available here).
Is EService with Xero available globally?

Yes. You are able to access EService with Xero globally anywhere an internet connection is available.
Is EService and Xero compatible with major Operating Systems?

Yes. EService and Xero are compatable with all Windows, Mac and Linux based Operating Systems.
What is required for getting EService with Xero runing?

All you need is a computer, a web browser (ie: Firefox, IE, Chrome, Safari. ECONZ recommends Firefox.), an internet connection and mobile devices.
